I've disowned twin 'daughters' after they were conceived in a THREESOME with another bloke – I mostly just watched | The Sun

A MAN has legally disowned twin girls that were conceived during a threesome that he mostly "just watched".

The New Zealander was awarded a non-paternity order over the children his ex-wife gave birth to after the couple had a relationship with another man.

A judge ruled that the twin girls were not the unnamed man's kids and allowed his name to be removed from their birth certificates.

The court declared them just "children who lived in his house".

The man told NZME that he wanted to disown the two girls to "defend his honour".

“I am not a family man,” he said.

He argued that he had barely even participated in the threesomes and primarily “just watched”.

It was unclear whether a DNA test had been carried out, however the man claims to be infertile after having undergone a vasectomy 12 years before the twins were born.

The ruling, which was released this week, outlined how the man and his former wife – adopted children after getting married.

Yet several years later, his then wife gave birth to twin daughters, despite his alleged vasectomy.

Before she got pregnant, the couple allegedly began a relationship with another man who is believed to be the girl's biological father.

The man maintains that during the threesomes, they had been "safe" by using protection.

The woman told the court that they both engaged in the threesome in order for her to get pregnant.

However, her ex-husband claimed he didn't want more children and was shocked by the pregnancy.

“Whether this was for pleasure or to conceive a child remains a point of disagreement but the fact is that the parties were in this arrangement at the time of conception,” Family Court Judge Traicee McKenzie said.

“Once the parties separated, the relationships soured and this application was made.”

The arguing pair have been separated for two years and officially divorced for three months, the NZ Herald reports.

The mother of the twin girls – who are now in their teens – told the court that her ex-husband had been involved in their lives, gave them presents and holidayed with them.

And yet, the judge said in her ruling: “There was no evidence in any detail of the nature of that relationship. No evidence of any expression of love or affection between them that would have been expected between a father and his daughter.

"There were no photos of shared experiences between them, holidays, special events and special moments.
