KATE Middleton has picked up George, Charlotte and Louis from school after Prince William dashed to Balmoral to be with the Queen.

Her Majesty, 96, is said to be "comfortable" in Balmoral where she remains under medical supervision.

Royals have been rushing to be by the Queen's side after the Palace revealed doctors were "concerned" for her health.

But the Duchess of Cambridge has stayed in Windsor to look after her little ones while William supports Queen.

This week marked George, nine, and Louis, four, as Charlotte, seven, first day at their new school in Lambrook, Berkshire, after their move to Windsor.

Today Kate was snapped picking up the young royals on her own after William dashed to Balmoral.

The royals moved into Adelaide Cottage, a nine-minute drive from the school, on the Windsor estate, Berks, last weekend.

It comes as…

  • William has arrived in Scotland with Prince Andrew and Prince Edward in a dramatic dash to see the Queen
  • Prince Harry is en route to join the royals by the Queen's side
  • Support for Her Majesty has flooded in from across the nation
  • The Queen is being made 'comfortable' amid concerns for her health
  • The BBC has suspended all programming to focus on coverage of the Queen's health

It comes as a flight carrying the Duke of Cambridge, the Duke of York and the Earl and Countess of Wessex has landed at Aberdeen airport ahead of their anticipated arrival at Balmoral.

Royal Air Force flight KRF23R took off from RAF Northolt in South Ruislip, west London, at 2.39pm, according to flight tracking website Flightradar24.com.

The Dassault Falcon landed at the Scottish airport at 3.50pm.
