Insiders have claimed that Meghan Markle binned the flowers Kate Middleton sent her following their infamous bridesmaid's dress row.
In the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey last year Meghan claimed her fall out with the British press and the Royal Family began when it was widely reported she had made Duchess of Cambridge cry during a row over Princess Charlotte's bridesmaid's dress, days before her and Harry's wedding in 2018.
Meghan said that the truth was Kate had made her cry and she was left hurt and angry that the Firm did not put the record straight.

She went on to reveal to Oprah that Kate had sent her flowers as a means of saying sorry but Mail on Sunday sources have reported that the gesture did little to heal the rift between the two brothers and their wives with the bouquet thrown in the bin.
Sources from The Sun, meanwhile, claimed both Meghan and Kate shed tears over the wedding row, with their insider saying: "Both women were clearly shaken by the bridesmaid’s fitting incident. There are two sides to this story. We have now heard them both."
In an earlier flare-up, it is said Kate had already hurt Meghan's feelings before she tied the knot with Harry.
However, insiders say it was not just the women's relationship that was feeling the strain.
In the Oprah interview, Harry implied relations between himself and his brother were strained but said: "Time heals all things hopefully."

And it has been claimed a rift had formed between the two brothers long before the Prince and the former Suits actress fell in love.
The Mail On Sunday has reported that the two brothers were frequently at loggerheads over how to run their joint charity The Royal Foundation, with Harry seeking a hands-on approach in tackling wildlife conservation, while William wanted to empower local communities to do the work themselves.
It is also claimed Harry grew frustrated at the lack of time William could give to the project, as his schedule was increasingly taken up with matters of state preparing him to one day become King.
The Daily Star has approached the Duchess of Sussex for comment.
