Sea-zed! TikToker captures shocking moment migrant challenges US Border Patrol officer to a fight before another agent spears him into the sand at a San Diego beach

  • The individual and another man were recorded by a TikToker walking along the steel border fence when they reached the U.S. shore in San Diego
  • One of the men was already under arrest but the other migrant refused to stand down and challenged the border agent to a fight
  • Another border officer charged at the migrants and tackled him to the sand before they were able to place him under arrest 

A TikToker’s beach outing in southern California had an eventful ending when she recorded the bizarre arrest of two migrants who had illegally crossed the United States-Mexico border.

The young woman appeared to be wave watching with her daughter when she spotted one of the migrants desperately holding on a section of the steel border fence that separates Tijuana and San Diego. 

The child was impacted by the sight of the migrant struggling to stay on his feet as the waves pounded down, telling her mother, “I actually feel bad. Is there any way they can stop the waves?”

A separate video then shows the two migrants walking side-by-side before reaching shore.

The migrants never lost their footing despite the powerful waves that pounded the beach shore in San Diego across the border from Tijuana, Mexico

Their illegal border-crossing experience unraveled when one of them can be seen in the video lying face down on the sand and in handcuffs while his friend is resisting being taken into custody by a U.S. Border Patrol officer.

The man refuses to stand down and challenges the border agent to a fight as the officers swings a nightstick at him as a group wildly cheer them stop from the Mexican side of the border.

A second border agents attempts to help his partner make the apprehension when a third agent is rushes forward and tackles the migrant to the sand before making the arrest.

DailyMail.com contacted U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for comment, but the agency declined to comment and referred all questions to the FBI’s local San Diego field office.

The FBI has not responded to DailyMail.com.

The incident comes a week after CBP released its monthly report that showed that have been 1.82 million encounters at the southern border in fiscal year 2022 – which spans from October 1, 2021 to September, 30, 2022.

U.S. Border Patrol agents recorded 1.66 million interdictions along the southern border region in fiscal year 2021 (October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021).

Border officers reported 199,976 interdictions in July, down 3.8 percent from 207,933 in June.

The figure is down 6.8 percent from the 213,593 encounters in July 2021, Customs and Border Protection said.
