SPECIAL Forces soldiers have risked leaking the locations of secret military bases to Putin spies on a fitness app.

Members of the elite Special Air Service and Special Boat Service have been sharing their jogging and cycling routes on Strava.

Many circuits, viewable to any user of the app, were around the perimeters of highly classified training sites in Eastern Europe — potentially giving vital information to Russia.

Others were in the Middle East, and all were run in the past year.

Troops have also detailed runs and cycle rides around their heavily guarded bases in Hereford and Poole, Dorset.

Personal info, including pictures taken on foreign trips, home addresses and snaps of loved-ones, were also posted.
