Tesco home delivery is thrown into chaos by massive technical glitch as supermarket cancels ALL orders after 1pm and tells customers it is unable to reschedule them
Tesco has been forced to cancel all its only orders after 1pm today – affecting thousands of customers, MailOnline can reveal.
Shoppers phoning up to enquire about their order are being met with a message informing them that all deliveries have been cancelled due to ‘technical issues’.
The message said: ‘Due to technical issues we’ve had to cancel all orders after 1pm.
‘If your order was due after 1pm you have not been charged. We are unable to reschedule these orders.’
Shoppers calling the helpline at 3pm were being told they would have to wait for 15 minutes to speak to an agent.
MailOnline has contacted Tesco for comment.
