SPOTIFY founder and CEO, Daniel Ek, tied the knot with his long-term girlfriend, Sofia Levander, in 2016.
The Swedish entrepreneur is well-known for founding the billion-pound music platform, however less is known about his wife, Sofia. Here is what you need to know about Sofia Levander:
Who is Sofia Levander?
Sofia Levander is a Swedish writer and has spent much of her career working as a journalist.
She has a Bachelor's Degree in Media and Communications from Stockholm University and also has a diploma in Media and Advertising from Pace University in New York.
During her career as a financial reporter, Sofia travelled abroad writing about international economies, and reported for the Wall Street Journal's SmartMoney magazine.
She also published her memoir in 2018, entitled, "The Minefield Girl", in which he recounted her experiences as a reporter in Libya under Gaddafi's rule.

The journalist has not made her age public, however she is rumoured to be three years older than her 39-year-old husband.
The Swedish writer is said to have an estimated net worth of $2million (£1.7million), and her husband is said to be worth billions.
As of 2022, the Spotify founder is said to have a net worth of approximately 1.7billion.
When did Daniel Ek and Sofia Levander get married?
Daniel and Sofia got married in Lake Como in August 2016, after dating for many years.

They had a star-studded guest list, including Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg and Grammy award-winning artist, Bruno Mars.
Mars also performed at their reception, singing several of his hits, including "Marry You".
Sofia walked down the aisle to the Guns N Roses hit, "November Rain" and actor, Chris Rock, officiated the ceremony.
A friend of the couple, explorer Johan Ernst Nilson, shared a video of the day, writing: "Tears and laughter. Beautiful Sofia walks the aisle alone to 'November Rain', Chris Rock is the priest and the sun goes down over Lago di Como. Absolutely stunning day."
The Swedish explorer also wrote: "Who would be better as a minister at the wedding than Chris Rock."
Do they have any children?
The couple have two daughters, Elissa and Colinne.

Daniel and Sofia keep their children out of the lime-light.
