William Morris Endeavor is no longer pursuing Sports Illustrated, sources tell Media Ink.

WME’s Mark Shapiro, the former ESPN executive who was heading up an effort to purchase SI, felt the price was getting too rich, sources said.

WME reps were not available for comment.
