WWE legend 'Hacksaw' Jim Duggan has spoken of the horrifying encounter he had with a burglar, who he held at gunpoint during the incident.
The 68-year-old former wrestler wrestled a home intruder to the ground and then held him there with a pistol after a bloke entered into the home of the ex-WWE star.
Duggan spoke of the horrifying encounter with the man in his mid-20s, who he had wrestled to the floor, in a recent post to his Twitter page.

It appears that the man was "hysterically frightened" after being apprehended by Duggan, who was told by the would-be burglar that there were people chasing him.
Other people within the neighbourhood could be heard yelling as Duggan brought the home intruder to the ground, keeping a gun behind his back at all times.
The intruder is said to have knocked on a number of doors in the neighbourhood before making his way to the home of the WWE legend.
Thanking the police department in a post to his Twitter page, Duggan said: "A man who we had never seen before climbed our fence, ran through our yard to our front door, and was pounding on our glass doors.
"Before we could get to the door, he opened it and fell into our house. I held him at gunpoint while Debra called 911. We are safe with no damage."

Duggan had also spoken of the incident during an interview, where he said: "Thank God we didn't shoot him."
The hall of famer had been at home with his wife, Debra, also 68, at the time of the chilling attempted robbery, with an intruder making their way into the home on December 8.
The ex-wrestler even believeed there could be more danger to come after hearing screaming from outside his home, prompting him to shut off the Christmas lights, Daily Mail reported.
Duggan, the former WWE star that won the company's first-ever Royal Rumble, was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2011.
