AceShowbiz -It’s another day, another controversy for 6ix9ine a.k.a. Tekashi69. The “GOOBA” rapper, who recently made headlines for getting into a brawl in Dubai, revealed in a video that he had arrived in Moscow, Russia only to cause another controversy.
“Yo yo, you know we out here….s**t is crazy,” the “GUMMO” spitter, who donned an all-black outfit and oversized sunglasses, said while at a Moscow city square. He then leaned into the camera to taunt Brittney Griner, who has been locked up in Russian prison due to drug smugling. “F**k Brittney Griner,” so 6ix9ine whispered.
The move obviously didn’t sit well with most people. One Instagram user wrote underneath The Neighborhood Talk’s Instagram post regarding the matter, “So uncalled for but y’all really please remember the colour of his skin is not like HERS!!!!!! FREE [BRITTNEY].” Another person hoped that Tekashi would get karma, saying, “When his karma comes……Whew.”
“He been corny AF and he troll for attention and people keep giving it to him…,” someone else commented. “The Real Housewives of Potomac” alum Candiace Dillard also chimed in, suggesting, “We can trade him for Brittney, no prob.”
His latest antics arrived after videos of Tekashi getting involved in an altercation in Dubai circulated online. According to a report, the “FEFE” rapper was seen furiously attacking someone and was being attacked while at the Soho Palm Club in Dubai. The star reportedly assaulted a DJ for refusing to play his music.
An insider also claimed that the DJ further taunted Tekashi when he hopped back on the mic. He allegedly screamed, “We don’t like snitches,” before laughing. “No way am I playing a snitch’s song.”
In response to that, the rapper appeared to play down the altercation while calling out an Instagram blogger for its misleading headline. “I love how u guys write a whole story/essay… explain what happened and then headline it something else,” he wrote in a comments section of Hollywood Unlocked’s post. “that 69 PR hate train working overtime. DJ got smoked.”
He also took to Instagram to deny reports that his chain got snatched during the brawl. “I understand there is a 6ix9ine hate train; PR is working overtime spreading fake news but this is current time, right now. Stop spreading fake news. Stop spreading fake news, this is current time right now (x3),” he said in a video.
