Former Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby has shared an emotional post with fans on social media, as she was reduced to tears by being “so in love” with her newborn baby.
The reality star, 32, gave birth earlier this month, when she welcomed an adorable baby girl with her partner Jake Ankers, after months of excitedly planning for the bundle of joy’s arrival.
Yet on Sunday 23 October afternoon, the star gave fans a first hand look at how emotional the little one’s arrival had made her as she shared a sweet and post on Instagram after bringing her baby girl home.
“Hi. I’m back and I’m so in love!” Charlotte told her 8.2million followers, as she shared an Instagram Story with tears in her eyes.
“Wow,” She repeated several times as she tried to find the words to explain the feeling of bringing her baby girl home for the first time.
“I just don’t, I don’t want to, I just can’t get too much into it because I will literally cry. Um, wow!” In broken speech, Charlotte appeared elated but visibly overwhelmed as she shared the special moment with fans.
She continued: “And I’m so sorry, because I totally forgot that although I had told everyone that I’d had the baby on the newsletter, Charlotte’s first look.
"Obviously I started that in the months in the lead up to giving birth because I wanted to show like snaps and pictures and the most intimate details of everything in a safe place.”
She then continued: “So I kind of went quiet on Instagram and then I totally, completely forgot that Instagram even existed because I’ve just been in a world where I’m just so in love.
“So I’m sorry, I should’ve come on and updated you all. I checked my messages and had so many people worried. Everything is fine. It’s more than fine! It’s just bliss, absolute bliss.”
The clip then cut off as Charlotte took a moment to compose herself after being visibly overwhelmed by her own feelings while explaining the joy of becoming a mother.
When the story resumed, the reality star soon apologised for taking a quick break before adding: “Honestly, I have got so much to update you all on, and we do have another drop going on Charlotte’s first look.
"Where I just need to tell you about it all from the start to finish because it was magical.”
