Jeff Brazier shared a rare selfie with youngest son Freddie – and fans were left gobsmacked by how alike they looked.
TV presenter Jeff, 44, had two children with late Big Brother star Jade Goody, who tragically died from cervical cancer in 2009. But while eldest Bobby Brazier has carved out his own successful career in showbiz, starring in EastEnders and signing up for Strictly Come Dancing, younger brother Freddie has tended to keep out of the spotlight as much as possible.
So it was a rare treat for fans when Jeff took to Instagram to share two pictures of him and Freddie watching Tottenham Hotspurs at White Hart Lane on Saturday. The pair were all smiles in the first snap, but absolutely ecstatic in the second, after watching their team come from behind to beat Sheffield United 2-1 – with both goals scored late on in injury time.
And Jeff’s followers were blown away by how much Freddie looked like his dad in the selfies. One wrote: “Wow Jeff’s double.”
Another said: “Awh he is the image of you.” A third commented: “He's the spit of Jeff.”
A fourth follower said: “Two peas in a pod.” A fifth simply wrote: “Twins.”
Meanwhile, another follower was keen that Jeff’s showbiz star eldest should not command all the attention, writing: “It's not all about Bobby look at beautiful Freddie boy.”
Jeff has been a TV regular since 2001, having presented segments on shows such as This Morning. His eldest son Bobby, 20, meanwhile, joined EastEnders as Freddie Slater in 2022.
But Freddie does not appear to be pursuing a career in show business at the moment. The 19 year old largely stays off social media, with his own profiles inactive, and only occasionally appears on Bobby and Jeff's accounts.
He did make his modelling debut for HERO magazine in 2021 but has kept a low profile since then. Freddie appears to have a close relationship with Bobby, who has shared a number of photos of them together over recent months.
Bobby shared selfies of the beaming pair in July, alongside the caption: "Quick Fred let me get a picture for nan. Chant and be happy." He also shared some photos from Freddie's recent 19th birthday celebrations with other members of their family.
Freddie occasionally appears on Jeff's Instagram too. After Bobby's big win at the National Television Awards earlier this month, Jeff shared a selfie of him and Freddie indulging in a mud bath and penned a tribute to both of his sons.
"Our Bob has quite rightly received a lot of love and kindness this week but there is nobody more proud of him than his brother Fred," the dad-of-two wrote.
He added: "All 3 of us love the world of healing and conscious mindfulness so while the eldest is off into the world of Strictly, Freddy and I had a great day trying new things like getting covered head to toe at this Mud bath ceremony!
"Wasn’t easy to get off! But I can see why people love a mud pack on their face. It felt so good to stretch when it dries on your skin and I’m sure my skin was smoother afterwards."
