Frankie Bridge flaunts impressive abs in designer bra as she leaves theatre show

Following the exciting news that she's replaced Sophia Bush as the frontwoman of West End sensational 2:22: A Ghost Story, singer-turned-actress Frankie Bridge looked flawless as she took to the streets following a performance of the hit show.

The former The Saturdays singer, 34, set tongues wagging as she left London's Apollo Theatre wearing a sultry strapless bra top, which she paired with a fashion-forward denim maxi skirt and long-line black blazer.

Frankie's black Prada bandeau and shin-length skirt showed off the performers impressive midriff, with the simple yet sophisticated outfit choice also highlighting her golden, shoulder-length tresses.

Fans outside the theatre venue cheered for the Loose Women panellist, who was announced as Sophia Bush's replacement earlier this summer.

"Never one to do things by halves, it’s an honour to be making my West End debut on such a clever, suspense-filled production and I couldn’t be more excited to join the cast," she wrote on Instagram when she broke the news.

"Lauren is a joy to play with so many layers and emotions to explore. I can’t wait for you to meet her," mum-of-two Frankie added.

Frankie debuted her performance as Lauren at the beginning of August, taking over the role, which has previously been filmed by other famous faces such as fellow singer Cheryl Cole and ex-Love Island host Laura Whitmore.

EastEnders’ Jake Wood has also made a guest appearance in the chilling thriller play, taking on the role of Ben during its 2021 and 2023 run.

The star – who shares sons Parker, nine, and Carter, seven, with footballer hubby Wayne Bridge – has since been starring alongside Jaime Winstone, who plays Jenny, and will continue to do so until the end of the run on 17 September.

Since making her ghostly debut, fans have supported the director's choice of Frankie as the lead, with many taking to Twitter following the show to heap praise onto the star.

"Saw 2:22 A Ghost Story last night and it was superb!" one theatre-goer wrote. "I was gutted that Sophia Bush wasn't in it because she was ill but Frankie Bridge was an excellent replacement. Highly recommended."

Another added: "Finally got to see 2:22 – A Ghost Story! It’s a shame I didn’t get to see @sophiabush as I’d planned but @frankiebridge was great too as well as all the other cast."

Frankie's predecessor, American-born actress Sophia been suffering with an illness since June, later making the decision to jet off home to the USA for medical treatment.
