This Morning: Holly Willoughby returns
Holly Willoughby dazzled in a stunning lilac gown as she represented This Morning at tonight’s National Television Awards, but she neglected to mention Phillip Schofield.
The 42-year-old presenter stopped for a chat with Express.co.uk where she passed comment about the rest of the This Morning family who were attending the event.
She said: “I think it’s lovely to have the rest of the family here – I just bumped into the Speakmans on the red carpet.
“It’s lovely to come and celebrate British telly and how amazing it is, whether that’s the soaps or a fantastic drama or broadcast.”
But she didn’t comment on her former co-host, Phillip Schofield, who was absent from tonight’s event after quitting his This Morning role earlier this year.

Both Holly and Phil failed to land a nomination for Best TV presenter at tonight’s awards show.
However, Alison Hammond, who usually presents This Morning with Dermot O’Leary on a Friday, has received a nomination and has spoken of her desire to finally beat Ant and Dec to pick up the gong.
But This Morning aren’t completely out of the running, they have been nominated in the best Daytime TV category alongside Loose Women, The Chase and The Repair Shop.
Speaking about who she wanted to take the prize home Holly said: “It’s hard as every single one of those shows deserves to win – I can’t answer that.
“That’s why it’s lovely the viewers decide.
“There is nothing more to do – it’s in the hands of everyone else. Everyone has a voice.”
