Liam Payne issue emotional message after tour cancellations
Liam Payne was forced to cancel his tour in South America last month after he was hospitalised with a “bad kidney infection”.
The former One Direction star had remained in the hospital, leaving his distraught mother, Karen Payne, to be “worried sick”.
The singer’s current girlfriend, Kate Cassidy, shared a happy update on behalf of her boyfriend in a TikTok video.
As she got ready for a London Fashion Week event, Kate shared that Liam was “out of hospital” and finally on the mend.
She explained: “So I’ve gotten a lot of comments about Liam, asking how he’s doing, and I just want to let everybody know that he’s doing so much better.

“He is out of the hospital and he is in good hands.”
This comes as Liam’s ex and mother of his six-year-old son Bear, Cheryl, was left “upset” upon learning about his health issues.
A source told OK! magazine: “Cheryl is a strong person, she’s very kind and she just wants Liam to be happy and healthy.
“She’s always tried to support him because he’s Bear’s father and she’s always tried to be there for him.

“It’s very hard for Cheryl – she feels upset about it. She is worried and concerned for Liam because he’s Bear’s dad and she wants him to be the best dad he can be.”
Cheryl and Liam called it quits in July 2018 after more than two years of dating.
Liam was due to kick off his tour on September 1 in Peru and finish on September 12 in Mexico City.
The Stip That Down hitmaker shared a lengthy Instagram video, explaining to his fans why he was having to cancel the dates.
He began: “Hey guys this really is the last news I want to be telling you but basically I’ve been a little bit unwell recently and I ended up in the hospital with a bad kidney infection.
“We’ve started rehearsals and I’ve just been advised that now’s really not the right time to be out on the road trying to recover from this.
“The best people around me are trying to help me recover as we speak but yeah we’re going to have to reschedule it all. Please look out for ways to refund your tickets.
“I’m looking forward to seeing you guys soon. Hopefully, we’ll put on an even bigger and better show. Thank you and sorry.”
In the video’s caption, he explained that he’d been in hospital “over the past week” and the infection was “serious”.
