Denise Welch, 64, feigned confusion, and then fury, as she walked in on husband Lincoln Townley wearing an identical swimsuit to her own.

“The influencer here, I’m back by popular demand!” Lincoln smirked, telling the world that he’d been invited to “influence the suite” on a Celebrity Cruises UK trip.

As he sunk back into the pillows, praising the “lovely bed”, Denise walked in, demanding: “What are you doing?”

“Who sent you a replica costume?” she continued, before telling a grinning Lincoln: “They send ME the stuff.”

“He’s back. I’m sorry @celebritycruisesuk. Lincoln Townley is…..The Influencer!!!!” she captioned the video footage, which she shared with her 362,000 followers.

Strictly Come Dancing judge Shirley Ballas branded it hilarious, while Nikki Sanderson, her TV daughter Maxine in Hollyoaks, wrote that she loved it.

The Loose Women star is currently holidaying with Lincoln on a luxurious tour of Italy with Celebrity Cruises as she takes a short break from the ITV show.

No doubt she will have more than enough opportunities to browse in Italy
