Lucy Mecklenburgh has opened up about her two year old son Roman's recent health setback.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star, 30, has continued to keep her fans updated with Roman's health after he was rushed to hospital in 2021 after being found "blue in his cot".
Roman, who Lucy shares with her fiancé Ryan Thomas, 37, was then placed on a ventilator in intensive care and now takes daily medication and uses an inhaler to help him breathe properly.
The former reality TV star, who is also mum to baby daughter Lilah, recently took to her Instagram Stories to issue to reveal that Roman had suffered a setback.
"After a really positive few months with Roman have a diagnosis & on the thickened fluids.
He has a little wheeze & cough so we are back here it's still a win if we don't end up in a&e," Lucy wrote alongside a snap of Roman's medication and inhaler.
Back in March, she revealed that doctors had discovered that fluid had been entering Roman's lungs whenever he had a drink.
The two year old then underwent a videofluroscopy – a moving x-ray taken as a patient consumes fluid.

Speaking at the time, the former TOWIE favourite explained: “It was to check that there wasn’t any fluid when he drinks going down the wrong way and into his lungs.
“I honestly thought that it wasn’t going to show that, so I kept my days’ work in and he went with Ryan.
“I like to be at all the appointments and Ryan rang me and said it was showing there is fluid going into his lungs. I feel really weird about it because I’m sad for Roman."
Lucy and Ryan's son now must have a special thickener instead of thin liquids, to ensure that no liquid gets into his lungs. He could have to use the thickener for "years" as definitive answers and solutions have still not been outlined yet.
Lucy's recent update coms after she and Ryan announced the name of their baby daughter earlier in July, revealing that they'd decided on Lilah.
The pair welcomed their second child together back in May but had been struggling to decide on a name together after their daughter's birth.
"Yay!! I finally have a name!!! Lilah Rae Thomas," Lucy announced on Instagram alongside a sweet snap of her second baby.
