MAFS UK star Jordan Emmett-Connelly was left close to tears after experiencing a haircut faux pas during the show.
Jordan, who was coupled with Chanita Stephenson, 29, explained that he was told to “stop stressing” about his hair and that he’d be in good hands – only to be left with a wonky trim.
Sharing a snap of the back of his head, Jordan, also 29, penned: “‘Stop stressing Jordan the MAFS hairdresser will be really good because you’re on TV…’”
Showcasing the questionable finished haircut, Jordan went on: “when I said I could have cried, I could have cried [laughing face emoji]."
The photo of his funny haircut comes shortly after he enjoyed an evening with fellow Married At First Sight stars Zoe Clifton and Jenna Robinson.
In a clip of them in the kitchen, Jordan could be seen walking over to the dining table to show off a huge nacho display with several condiments next to it.
Several other MAFS stars were also spotted in the background – including Jordan’s ex Chanita.
In the wake of their break up, Jordan released a heartfelt apology to his ex wife.
Chanita was visibly upset in the finale following the split, and Jordan has since said sorry to her as he addressed his actions in a lengthy post on Instagram.
He wrote: “So you may have noticed I have been really quiet on my socials lately, I needed to give myself adequate time to digest/reflect on the experience and to get myself into a position to tackle everyone’s opinion and the hate which comes with it.
“I can’t express how difficult it has been to deal with the fact that I have upset Chanita to the extent I have, I am not a bad person, but I handled the situation badly, and I take full accountability and have learnt an important lesson.
“If I could turn back the clock and change things I would but unfortunately that’s not possible.”
Jordan continued: “As with anyone in the world, I have my own feelings and my own flaws. I don’t handle my emotions the best at times, I sometimes don’t think logically and my impulsiveness gets me into situations that I don’t want to be in.”
He insisted that he was “100% myself” on the show and “wasn’t trying to portray a certain image” or be “fake”, and shared that “all I wanted was to find love.”
