Reinventing Elvis: The ’68 Comeback teased in trailer
Riley Keough has been named the sole trustee of Lisa Marie Presley’s entire estate and now owns Graceland.
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge approved the settlement proposed by Riley, 34, on Friday following a dispute with her grandmother, Priscilla Presley, the ex-wife of Elvis.
She filed the 73-page petition back in June to approve an earlier settlement agreement between herself, Lisa Marie’s husband Michael Lockwood and Priscilla, 78.
The actress will now preside over the sub-trusts of her 14-year-old half-sisters Finley and Harper Lockwood, Lisa Marie’s daughters from her marriage to Michael.
Judge Lynn H. Scaduto wrote: “The settlement is in the best interests of minors Harper Lockwood and Finley Lockwood, and confirm that Michael Lockwood’s signature on their behalf, as Guardian Ad Litem, is valid and binding.”

Riley will now own the former estate of Elvis Presley, Graceland, in Memphis, Tennessee, Deadline reports.
The home was gifted to Lisa Marie, his only child, after his death in 1977.
Priscilla will reportedly be allowed to remain as a special adviser and receive a monthly salary for her role with the trust.
She’ll also be allowed to collect any personal belongings stored within any facility controlled by the Graceland estate.

Elvis’s ex-wife will also be able to be buried next to the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll in the Meditation Garden on the premises.
She can also be laid to rest by Lisa Marie and her grandson Benjamin Storm Presley Keough, who died by suicide at the age of 27 in 2020.
Riley’s dispute with her grandmother began upon Lisa Marie’s sudden death at the age of 54 back in January.
Priscilla filed a petition that same month contesting the “authenticity and validity” of an amendment to Riley’s living trust made in 2016 that removed her and her and former business manager Barry Siegel as co-trustees.
Riley shares one child with her husband, Australian stuntman Ben Smith-Petersen.
She most recently appeared in Prime Video’s musical drama series Daisy Jones & the Six and will next lead the upcoming true crime series Under the Bridge for Hulu.
