She welcomed her third child back in May, and now Sam Faiers has hinted that she and her partner Paul Knightley could be going for baby number four as she discussed girls’ names on Instagram.

Sam’s comments came when she had a catch up with her followers and took part in an Q&A on her Instagram Stories.

One of her 2.5 million followers asked: “Did you have a girls name picked out for baby whilst you were pregnant this time?”

To which the former TOWIE star replied: “Yes I did! And I’m still going to keep it to myself. Just in case”.

The 31 year old added a winking and smiley face and heart emoji to the caption.

In her first interview since welcoming her latest addition Edward, who is a sibling to her son Paul, six, and daughter Rosie, four, Sam exclusively told OK! that she wasn’t ruling out having a fourth child.

She revealed: “I’ve always wanted a big family. I’m a really maternal person. I would consider a fourth but it sounds very scary.

“It has been very full-on. I’m not going to sugar-coat it. It’s nice to know I could have another one if I wanted to because I’m still quite young. But I’m not sure yet.

"This newborn stage is really hard but I wouldn’t change it for the world – and I know I’ll miss it as soon as it’s over.”

Sam also opened up about her sister Billie, 32, expecting her third child and her sibling telling her the news just a week before Edward arrived.

“We were in my kitchen and I was making tea and she said, ‘Samantha, come here, I want to show you something’ – and she pulled a baby scan out of her handbag. I just screamed!” she said.

“I didn’t expect it. Since I’ve been pregnant with Edward, I knew Billie and Greg were keen to have one more.

"Billie kept saying, ‘Now that I see you pregnant I do feel like I’d like another one.’ I think Greg especially was like, ‘I think two is enough.’

“However, you just get broody again, don’t you? Especially when it’s so close to home."

Sam added: “But she didn’t let on at all. It’s not like she said to me, ‘Greg and I want a third, we’re going to start trying’, so it was such a shock!

"I’m so happy for them. It was only a week but it felt so nice being pregnant at the same time! She’s doing really well.”
