Vogue Williams and Spencer Matthews looked more loved-up than ever as they splashed around in the surf on a beach holiday in Spain.
Despite being hands-on parents to three children, Theodore, four, Gigi, three, and Otto, 15 months, Spencer, 34, and Vogue, 37, have clearly been putting the time in in the gym, as they showed off their chiseled figures.
Vogue looked gorgeous in a skimpy white two-piece bikini, which she teamed with a salmon pink hat and sunglasses to keep the sun out of her eyes.
Her former Made in Chelsea star husband, Spencer, donned a pair of patterned shorts as his biceps and six-pack were on full display.
Vogue even found the time to visit the gym whilst on holiday, as she posted a video of her workout routine to her Instagram stories where she did deadlifts, amongst other strengthening exercises.
The pair are joined on their sun-soaked trip by their three children, and Vogue posted a hilarious snap of a grinning Gigi, as she wrote: "Bolognese at 11am. She's definitely mine."
As well as enjoying dinners out and splashing around in the pool and in the sea, Spencer and Vogue found the time to engage in a spot of horse riding during their trip.
Vogue is known to be a fan of the pastime, which Spencer has been seen trying to get more into recently – as he posted his progress to Instagram.
Spencer and Vogue tied the knot in 2018, and, five years in and three kids later, their romance shows no signs of slowing down, as they recently made an x-rated confession about their sex life.
Discussing their home life during their podcast Spencer & Vogue, the husband-and-wife team admitted they have had sex almost every single night for the past few weeks. Model Vogue told listeners: “Couples are having sex less than ever before – 30% less than our parents.”
She added: “You and I have sex all the time, ok, so listen to this – we have sex quite a lot, don’t we? We’re on a real hot streak.”
Spencer replied: “The last three or four weeks – there’s probably only about two nights where we haven’t had sex.”
But then, Vogue appeared to regret sharing such intimate details as she said: "We’re on a hot streak – it doesn’t mean we’re always going to be on a hot streak. I now regret the sex chat.”
Despite being busy with a brood of three, the couple haven't ruled out having a fourth child in the future, however, Vogue did admit that they're 'tiring'.
After the birth of their third child, Vogue admitted that she’s rethinking her 40 deadline, as she might be too tired by then. She says: “I don't know if we'll do four kids. They're really really tiring, and I thought I might be too tired, I kind of want to be chilling out then."
