‘Zoey 101′ Sequel Movie ‘Zoey 102′ Gets New Trailer Days Ahead of Paramount+ Debut – Check It Out!

Zoey 102 is just days away and a new trailer has been released!

The upcoming Zoey 101 sequel movie reunites much of the PCA alums as two of their own are getting married.

“I always had this dream of being able to play her again as an adult — or just meet her as an adult,” Jamie Lynn told Variety recently. “It’s been years of getting it right, getting it wrong, figuring out logistically how to make this work and putting a team together that really wanted it to happen the right way. When I walked on set the first day I was like, ‘My God, we really did this. We’re here, we’re doing it.’”

“It was a dream come true,” she shared with Extra about returning to Zoey. “Who gets to do something like this two times in their life with the people that you love? Not only was it so fun creating it, but it also was a wonderful script and a wonderful project. I kind of have to pinch myself. I have to say, I think it’s better than even when we did it as kids. Maybe because we appreciate it so much.”

In Zoey 102, it’s been over a decade and Zoey Brooks (Spears) is still trying to figure out life and love, but this time in her 20s. Zoey and Chase (Sean Flynn) did not end up in Hawaii that summer and haven’t heard from each other since. When close friends Quinn (Erin Sanders) and Logan (Matthew Underwood) announce they’re getting married, Zoey and Chase find themselves in the wedding party.

Also returning from the original cast include Christopher Massey as Michael Barret; Abby Wilde as Stacey Dillsen and Jack Salvatore as Mark Del Figgalo, plus new additions Thomas Lennon as Zoey’s boss Kelly Kevyn; Owen Thiele as Zoey’s friend Archer March; Dean Geyer as a charismatic actor, Todd; Audrey Whitby as Lyric, Logan’s younger sister; and Zach Zagoria as Jordan B., a reality dating show contestant that Zoey must work with.

Zoey 102, written by Madeline Whitby and Monica Sherer, is directed by Nancy Hower and will debut NEXT Thursday, July 27th on Paramount+. See the new trailer here!

While Victoria Justice did not reprise her role, she did reunite with some of her co-stars at a cocktail party celebrating the new movie.
