Bargain hunters show off their £1 kid's clothing haul from Sainsbury's mega sale – from trousers to dresses & dungarees | The Sun

ANY parent will know that having children can cause quite the dent in your bank balance.

From toys and clothes to food and childcare, costs can quickly add up and before you know it, you've forked out a small fortune.


For that reason, it's well worth grabbing a bargain wherever you can.

So it's little surprise that one thrilled shopper who did just that rushed to social media to show off the cut price deals she nabbed in the Sainsbury's mega sale.

Jade Mitchell took to money-saving Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK and shared a snap of the kid's clothes haul.

Alongside the image, she penned: "Right place at the right time, grabbed a couple of other bits as well.

"All £1 each from Sainsbury’s."

Amongst the heavily discounted items includes yellow corduroy dungarees, a frilly pink leopard print dress, along with some adorable Winnie the Pooh leggings.

Elsewhere, another shopper named Alice Blamires may not have paid £1 for her items, but got several bargains nonetheless.

Sharing an image of her kid's clothes haul, which includes two frilly skirts, three long-sleeved tops, a teddy bear pinafore and fluffy cardigan, she wrote: "Sainsbury's have a half price sale on their kids clothes.

The posts have since received hundreds of likes and comments from social media users who were all quick to praise the bargain hunters on their deals.
