We’re more than halfway through with 2022! In honor of this milestone, Wonderwall.com is ready to take stock of the year’s best and worst celebrity fashion. First up? One of the worst looks of the year — Billie Eilish’s bizarre pick at the “In America: An Anthology of Fashion”-themed Met Gala on May 2. The music superstar opted for this corseted gown by Gucci complete with a bustle, sheer green lace sleeves and a massive floral embellishment at the neckline. The only plus? It was eco-friendly — Billie told Vogue it was made completely of “existing materials.”

Her column-style frock featured crystals, tritone copper foil and metallic leather embellishments to give a New York City skyline feel. And because the beauty takes her fashion seriously, it involved a total transformation at the top of the stairs as she unfurled the massive copper bow tied at her hips!

The shimmery golden frock, which Ripley’s purchased in 2016 for nearly $5 million, required a lot of work to wear — Kim lost 16 pounds to fit into it and dyed her hair platinum blonde to really get into character.

Once we got past the shock of her new hair color, we appreciated her slinky black Versace look that included a bodice fashioned with leather straps and a whole lot of gold Medusa-clad hardware.
