Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden is the patron of Cancerfoden, which kicked off its pink ribbon campaign on October 2. The Swedish Royal Family released three photos of the royal visiting the Cancer Foundation’s office in Stockholm on September 14.

An official Instagram post by the Royal Family explained that more than 63,000 people in Sweden receive a cancer message every year.

Of these, around 7,600 are reports of breast cancer, which is the most common cancer disease among women.

The pink ribbon – and pink in general – is an international symbol of breast cancer awareness.

The royal showed solidarity for the cause and victims of breast cancer by wearing an entirely pink ensemble.

She rocked a chic pink suit featuring a fitted blazer and matching fitted trousers.

These were the Tailored Button Blazer in pink and the Francoise Full Length Trousers, also in pink, both from high street favourite Zara.

Currently, neither the blazer or trousers are available online at Zara. However the blazer it is believed to be is currently available in red for £79.99.

It is described as a loose-fitting blazer made of a viscose blend, with a lapel collar and long sleeves, font pockets and a chest welt pocket.

As for the trousers, these are high-waisted with belt loops. They are available in red for just £32.99, making the whole outfit a very affordable £112.98.

The royal looked extremely elegant in this sophisticated yet vibrant set. Her figure was showcased as a black button nipped her in at the waist.

Underneath the blazer, Princess Victoria went for a simple V-neck, plunging white blouse.

She carried the Le maillon Black Leather Satchel Bag by Yves Saint Laurent.

The royal opted for a dainty gold necklace. This was the Clouds and Stars Necklace by Efva Attling.

She wore the Sophie by Sophie Enamel Chunky Hoops in gold and pink, available online in a variety of colours and priced at £193.

Of course, she pinned a light pink ribbon to the lapel of her blazer to honour survivors of breast cancer, those who have passed from the disease and the progress we are making in cancer research.

Fans of the Swedish royal did not hesitate to praise her for her impeccable style and choice of cause.

Instagram user @luxmeagainpreloved commented: “Victoria is a vision in pink. Love seeing her promote breast cancer awareness.”

@isabella34pisis said: “Beautiful Princess, the pink colour looks spectacular on you.”

@sahar.qaisi was also a huge fan of this colour on the royal, calling her “super pretty”, while @schnellaschnyder called her “pretty in pink”.
