I 'color correct' my dark eye circles by blending two products, it's completely changed my makeup game | The Sun

A BEAUTY guru has revealed the secret to hiding dark undereye circles using products most women already have in their makeup bags.

She shared the hack on one side of her face as she compared it to the side of her face that hadn’t been color-corrected.

Yaz Moore (@yazmoremakeup) boasts over 68,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares makeup routines and her latest beauty buys.

She took to the social media platform to reveal how she brightens the skin under her eyes.

She said: “If you struggle with dark circles you need to try this hack.

“Mix your blush and concealer to create a pink shade. This color corrects and brightens.

“Finish with a pink powder.”

Comparing each side of her face, she added: “Look at the difference.”

Yaz captioned the post: “This works for dark circles and helps reduce the appearance of hollows or dark lines under your eyes!

“It has completely changed my makeup game.”

The beauty enthusiast revealed she used Maybelline’s Fit Me concealer which costs $7.50.

The concealer is highly rated on the Maybelline website with shoppers penning reviews claiming they have used it for years.

One person wrote: “This concealer is so cheap and amazing, really nice coverage and not too mattifying! Perfect for all skin types.”

Another said: “Great coverage and surprisingly better than other products I used that cost much more than this one!”

Charlotte Tilbury’s flawless finish powder is available for around $28 on the brand’s website.

Shoppers have described it as being “smooth” and “flawless” as they justify the slightly high price.

Over 8,000 people liked Yaz’s video and took to the comment section asking her for more makeup advice.

Viewers gushed over her beautiful appearance and said they were eager to try the color-correcting hack for themselves.

Yaz revealed that she used a random art concealer brush from eBay to apply the products.

One person commented: “This is exactly what I need.”

Another chimed in: “Spilling the secrets [queen].”

A third said: “Gorgeous.”
