I live in a tiny home but drive a Tesla – trolls slam me saying what’s the point but my life costs me just £2 a day | The Sun

A MAN has been trolled online for owning a flashy Tesla car after building the tiniest house to live in.

Jack Leonard Birt built his tiny house from scratch and lives almost entirely for free, but people say it’s pointless when he drives around in a posh car.

One rude comment read: “Damn you have a Tesla but not a real house? Priorities.”

So Jack decided to respond and explain the brilliant reason behind his lifestyle.

“If you think me having a Tesla and a tiny house isn’t good priorities, I’d like to show you around,” he says in an online clip.

“This tiny house has everything I need in it,” he says, pointing at the one-room-sized wooden hut behind him.

He continues to show off the inside of his home, which includes an office and gaming space with a big computer, a kitchen and even a loft.

Jack’s tiny house also boasts a shower, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

“I have everything that you have in a regular house.”

Moving outside, he shows off two massive tanks which catch rainwater, a compost pile, and a big garden to grow fresh vegetables.

Jack has a job delivering food and uses his Tesla to drive from house to house.

“I practically have no overheads and it only costs me £2 a day to drive – that’s all,” he says.

“The last thing I need to do to become fully self-sufficient is to get solar and wind power – and that’s coming within the next year.”

Despite cruel trolls slamming Jack’s lifestyle, his TikTok fans are so impressed and want to make their own tiny homes too.

One user replied: “No one needs any more than what’s shown here.”

A second agreed: “This guy has literally got it all figured out.”

And a third said: “Show me how to start.”

However, some selfish people had other things to say.

One commented: “There is a difference between everything you need and everything you want, though.”
