I shed 14st after having weight loss surgery but now I’m desperate to pile on the pounds – trolls say I’m mad | The Sun

A WOMAN who lost 14 stone after having weight loss surgery is now trying to pile on the pounds.

Scarlet Black was over 25 stone at her heaviest, and got down to 11 stone at her lightest – spending a total of £17,000 on her transformation.

But she's now around 13 stone 8, as she's been doing her best to gain weight ahead of having a BBL in Turkey.

"I lost a lot of weight, and now I'm gaining a bit of weight," she explained in a video on her TikTok page.

"It's been an interesting journey.

"I have a BBL in three weeks and I'm trying to clean-ish bulk.

She then had brunch with a friend, and had a tropical smoothie as well as a fried egg and turkey bagel.

Next was a cup of tea before she had a healthy pizza – containing a whopping 110g of protein – and broccoli for dinner.

She then had another cup of tea and a slice of lemon drizzle cake to finish the day off.

"I also drink 2 litres of water a day," she added in the comments.

But her decision to try and gain weight after having a gastric sleeve prompted a barrage of comments from trolls.

"Heading back to 30 stone," one wrote.

"You don’t need to put that amount of weight on for a BBL," another insisted.

To which Scarlet replied: "Sorry didn’t know you was my surgeon."

"I understand the loss surgery and skin removal but then to have to gain weight to get a chunky butt makes no sense at all to me," a third insisted.

As someone else wrote: "She's ruining her tummy tuck. I don't get it."

"Why are you gaining weight after all your hard work and surgeries?" another questioned.

"I don’t get it," someone else wrote.

"Do you worry that eating to gain weight will trigger disordered eating again?" another person asked, referring to Scarlet's previous struggles with binge eating.

"Just curious to know how you mentally manage that."

Scarlet responded in another video, as she said: "Honestly, I think I would by lying if I said it's not going to be a struggle, it's not going to be hard.

"Everyone who's been in that position know that if you splurge out and you eat loads, of course it's hard to get back on track.

"It's changing your mentality, your routine.

"Shrinking your stomach smaller again. And it can take a few weeks for your hunger to go down a lot.

"Yes I'm embracing the weight gain right now but after my surgery I will be at literal perfect weight. And I will be just maintaining.

"I don't want to be in a surplus, I don't want to be in a deficit, I just want to be sticking to the calories to maintain my weight.
