I spotted Christmas inflatables for just 2p each in Asda so bought 6 – they’re perfect with one vital alteration | The Sun

THEY'RE sadly out of the World Cup.

So Asda's England-themed football Christmas decorations have been reduced to just 2p each.

And one woman took full advantage of the incredible discount – stocking up on six of the giant Santas.

"Got this bargain today 2p each," Emma wrote on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook.

"I got 6, not all for me, just one – rest I gave away."

The inflatable features Santa in an England football shirt and blue shorts, with a football by his feet.

"Absolute bargain."

"I would put another t-shirt on him," a third suggested.

Emma also shared a picture of her receipt – showing that she'd spent just 12p on the six inflatables.

"Still some in stock in other asdas too," she added.

But others insisted the decorations shouldn't have been sold at that price.

"Stock that's 2p shouldn't be on the shop floor, it's not allowed to be sold," one wrote.

"World cup stock shouldn't still be on sale unless it's the clothes! If it's 2p it means it should be wasted and not sold," another added.

While a third commented: "People will find it hard to find them at asda when stuff goes to 2p they meant to take them off shop floor & not sell them."
