I’m 48 and age quickly but my ultimate serum has been a game-changer – it adds plumpy, juicy bounce-back to my skin | The Sun

A BEAUTY expert has revealed how she was able to regain youthful-looking skin despite being prone to aging fast.

She explained the benefits of each item that she uses as part of her anti-aging nighttime routine.

Natasha B (@beautyjunkymonkey) has garnered over 580,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares advice and reviews different cosmetics.

The 48-year-old, who claims to have never had Botox, took to the social media platform to share the products in her nighttime skincare routine that keeps her flawless.

She said: “First I wash my face with an oil and then I follow it up with my Skin Fix.”

Natasha used Dry Skin Love’s wild orange oil to milk face cleanser for $66 as she washed her face.

She followed it with Skin Fix’s foaming oil cleanser for $30, before using Argireline solutions in unlabelled bottles.

She continued: “Get yourself some Argireline, this is a neuropeptide.

“That means it tells the muscle not to move as deeply so it softens up the fine lines and wrinkles.

“I like to use the serum in all my problem areas right after cleansing the skin.

“You want to do it with slightly damp skin because most Argireline solutions are carried in hyaluronic acid so a little bit of hydration helps to just carry it in.

“The next one you want to use is called Matrixyl 3000.

“Regular Matrixyl is great when you’re in your 30s, but 40s and up you need either Matrixtyl 3000 or Matrixyl Syth 6 which work on the deeper lines.

“There are two of my favorite Depology and Skin Deva Matrixyl Synth 6.”

Depology’s Matrixyl 3000 collagen-boosting serum costs $30, while Skin Deva’s Matrixyl Synth 6 is similarly priced at $29.99.

Natasha claimed that she only talks about beauty products that she has tried herself and will never promote anything that she doesn’t love.

She squirted two drops of product on the palm of her hands and rubbed it all over her face.

She said anyone who has noticed that their neck skin looks terrible should be putting Matrixyl on it.

“It stimulates collagen and elastins you need it,” she added.

“Next, get yourself the Skin Fix triple lipid collagen niacinamide activating serum.

“This is high in ceramides and that’s what’s going to plump your skin back up.”

Skin Fix triple lipid collagen niacinamide activating serum is available at Sephora for $69.

Natasha said she noticed how the product had lifted the skin on her cheeks and around her laugh lines.

She continued: “I’m 48, filter-free. My skin is thin and dehydrated so I age very quickly if I don’t take care of my skin.

“This has been a game-changer for me. It has your niacinamide which is going to help support the structure of the skin and hold in hydration.

“It’s heavy in that ceramide department so it’s going to add that plumpy juicy bounce back to the skin.

“And it’s got polyglutamic which is highly hydrating, which aging skin definitely needs.

“This goes over the entire face, neck, and chest.”

She continued: “Next is a really good retinol this is a triple blend, my absolute favorite.”

Natasha gushed over how effective Hedo’s Triple Retinol cream for $97 has been for her skin.

She said: “Totally softened up all of my fine lines and wrinkles.

“I look like I have Botox but I do not, I have full function on my entire face.

“This is my ultimate favorite.

“Follow it up with your favorite moisturizer and add some skin glazing.

“Either the Depology Caviar stick which goes all over your entire face, neck, and chest or your favorite oil to seal it all in.”

The video racked up over 145,000 likes as it went viral with people commenting on her age-defying look.

One person wrote: “My goodness you have better skin than some 30-year-olds I know.”
