A CONCEALER that piles on the years is definitely one to avoid.
But a veteran makeup artist of 25 years standing, has shared her tips for selecting the right one.
The complexion of this 47-year-old bears testament to her beauty hack.
This lady, who has 1.2 million followers, should know what she is talking about with decades of experience in the beauty industry.
She said we're using the wrong concealer and it is just making our skin look older.
Erica Taylor (@ericataylor2347) offers hope, however, with her "hand test," which she says can help stop the aging look.
“Anti-aging makeup tips," she said in her post.
It all came down to the quality of the concealer and you could save yourself a bunch of money and wrinkles by doing her trick.
“When choosing a concealer, test it on the back of your hand," she urged beauty fans.
“If it looks immediately dry on your hand, it will immediately dry on your face."

To demonstrate her point, she put two different products on her hand. One of them was immediately dry.
“Okay, so that will be a no for me." But it was a different story for the Glossier product.
“This one is still hydrated and has a sheen. That’s a yes for mature skin.
“Glossier," she said as she put some on her face. "See how it glides on?"
Glossier promises it can find the right skin tone for each customer in just two minutes.
One commenter had already discovered it and could vouch for its effectiveness.
