I'm a beauty whizz & my 1p hack will hide any bald spots in your head – & it'll give you the most perfect parting too | The Sun

A BEAUTY fan has shared an easy way to hide any bald spots in seconds – and it costs just 1p.

From stress to illness, there are many factors that may make your hair thin, leading to bald spots – and TikTok user Tara (@tarabarzz) has been experiencing hair loss too.

Luckily, the stunner, from the UK, has come up with an easy fix- which creates the most perfect parting too.

''My hair in the middle is quite thin, which is very sad,'' Tara demonstrated to her 214k followers on TikTok.

The woman, who reckoned it's because she had left her locks in the same style for over a decade, said the answer was quite simple.

According to her, all you need is the viral L'Oreal Magic Retouch hair spray and the star of the show – a cotton bud.

After giving the can a good shake, Tara placed the cotton bun in the middle and sprayed the product all over the area.

Although the result came out a little wonky, the woman was impressed and described the hack as ''amazing''.

''I can't believe I never thought of that.''

Looking for more hacks to revive your locks? Keep on reading, as beauty fans all over the world have praised rosemary as the holy grail.

The formula is simple, and different devotees have their own variations on the blend: after bringing water to a boil and adding sprigs of fresh or dried rosemary, boil the mixture for five minutes while stirring frequently.

Then, turn off the heat and allow the mixture to rest for 45 minutes with a lid on it.

After straining the water and adding it to a spray bottle, it can be kept in the fridge for up to a week.

Spray the solution on the scalp and massage it in before bed.

Or, before shampooing, add three to five drops of rosemary essential oil to a carrier oil, like almond, coconut, or jojoba oil.

Massage it into the scalp and allow it to "soak" for around an hour, then wash hair as normal.

Dramatic before-and-after videos seem to show results – but why does the formula work?

Vickie Vidov, a celebrity hairstylist, told Well and Good that she recommends rosemary as a means of exfoliating the scalp to promote growth.

"It aids in cleaning the scalp of any build-up or blockage to the follicle," Vidov explained.

Product build-up is an aesthetic concern, but it's also a huge impediment to new growth.

Build-up "contributes to hair thinning and eventually the loss of hair," Vidov said.

In addition, a clinical review published in BMJ indicates the essential oil might help stimulate cells when massaged into the scalp.
