THERE'S nothing quite as annoying as getting a stain on your favourite clothes.

But before you call it a day and part ways with whatever's stained, try this clever trick first.

Cleaning whizz Chantel Mila explained how you can get rid of almost any stain with just two household ingredients.

The mum-of-two took to Instagram to demonstrate the clever trick, and all you need is a plate, bicarbonate of soda and eucalyptus oil.

Since her kids are close in age, the mum swears by the hack to remove food stains quickly.

"This method is my go-to for both kids and adult clothes, it's worked on bibs, onesies, tops and pants with set in stains," she said.
