That's right, people are taking to the social media platform to share their most glamorous selfies, in comparison to how they look without the glam, in the new viral ‘Catfish challenge’.

One YouTuber took to the social media platform to share her catfish challenge and it’s left people stunned. 

Huong has 14.7k YouTube subscribers and uploaded her video with the title ‘My everyday catfish makeup routine’.

The social media user said: “You guys asked for it and here it is, everyone’s asking me for a makeup video on how I catfish the men out there. 

“This has been my go-to look that I’ve been doing for the last couple of months or so and I love it.

“It’s so easy, I’ve got it down to a T.”

Huoung starts the video barefaced and goes through step-by-step of the makeup routine.

The YouTube star uses a variety of products to create the catfish look – including Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enhancer face base, Dior Backstage Foundation, Nars Sheer Glow Foundation and Too Face Born This Way Concealer.

Not only that, but popular beauty products such as Huda Beauty Easy Bake Powder, Estee Lauder Bronzer, Becca Highlighter and the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Palette were also used.

Huong uses a heavy bronzer to contour her face, as well as a lot of highlighter to make her nose appear snatched.

In just over 20 minutes, Huong completely transforms her look and is ready to, as she says, 'catfish men'.

Huong’s video has clearly impressed many as it has racked up a whopping 21,784 views.
