I’m budget savvy and can make a £30 shop last a week – here’s what I cook and exactly what’s on my shopping list | The Sun

A SAVVY shopper shared her money saving shopping hack that saw her do a weekly grocery shop which totalled at just £30.

When the busy mum worked it out she revealed that her family meals come to just £5 per day.

Using the handle beckyexcell she shared her find with her followers.

Becky chose the Spice Girls song Spice Up Your Life as a backdrop she captioned the video: "How to make 5 meals from a £30 Tesco shop."

She then panned the camera over her trolley.

The haul contained, chicken, mince, pasta, peppers, spring onions, aubergines, carrots, potatoes and tinned vegetables, spicy sausage and Tofu.

Clearly pleased with her food shop, she showed her followers her receipt and captioned the Image with: "This shop came to £27.43 so still had room for store cupboard Ingredients."

Once her shop was completed Becky went to show her followers the delicious meals she prepared on the tight food budget.

On day one, she prepared paprika chicken with garlic and lemon potatoeswhich she said she made in an Air Fryer.

Day two, Becky placed all the ingredients she planned to use. These included courgettes, fusilli tinned tomatoes and some aubergines.

And this is where she put her culinary skills to the test by creating a gorgeous vegetarian dish called Pasta Alla Norma.

Day three saw the bargain hunting mum throw together what looked like a Latin American dish.

The the ingredients included, a tri colour of bell peppers, spring onions, pinto beans, mince, red Leicester cheese and two packets of Nachos.

With those she created a delicious looking meal of sloppy joes nachos.

Then Becky posted what was on the menu for day four.

Here she displayed some more bell peppers, spring onions, spicy sausage, carrots, tinned butter blood and some white grain rice.

With those Ingredients she presented her followers a mouth wateringly good looking plate of Cajun sausage served with dirty rice.

For day five's dish of the day she shared with her followers ingredients planned to use to create another good looking concoction.

Here she displayed some broccoli, spring onion, carrots, Tofu, sticky rice noodles, bamboo shoots, and some clear honey.

And the meal on the fifth night was sticky crispy Tofu noodles.
