TIkTok users were very impressed with the makeover and were eager to reflect this in the comments.
One person said: “Looks amazing, I love navy and blue. Just done our hallway this colour but moving house soon.”
Another added: “Love love love the feature wall.”
A third commented: “Amazing transformation 👏🏼”
Meanwhile, someone else asked: “Why does council always have to be mentioned……it's a House makeover!!!” to which Chloe confirmed “Because I am limited to what I can do and I’m also on a really tight budget. Wasn’t meant to offend anyone 😊”
Whilst another questioned: “Did u get a grant from the council to decorate??” to which Chloe explained: “We didn’t get a grant, we got a small paint pack as the house was so dated, so we just got some whites as the colours aren’t great lol.”
In another clip, Chloe showed off her daughter’s bedroom transformation.
The couple sanded down the walls, before applying an undercoat and a gloss on the brown doors.
They then got to painting and not only did they give the room a fresh coat of white paint, but they also created a glamorous stencil design too.
The couple used bowls to make their own feature wall, to which they said: “Trust the process.”
