MEGHAN Markle has opened up about her pregnancy struggles on her brand new podcast, revealing she was fatigued most of the time.

The Duchess of Sussex opened up about very personal experiences with her two pregnancies in her new Archetypes podcast which launched yesterday – without Prince Harry.

But critics have accused Meghan of being "self-obsessed" and making the episode "all about her".

Writing for the Telegraph, Celia Walden slammed the podcast as being centered around the Duchess herself, despite having Serena Williams as a guest.

She wrote: "The podcast is an interview with this inspirational sporting figure in name only. If the rest of the season is anything like the premiere, what we’re really going to be listening into week after week is Meghan interviewing herself."

And royal commentator Angela Levin told GB News: “She and Serena Williams giggle away with lots of 'oh my gosh'.

"Meghan encourages her to complain about how a woman is held back and how they are victims. You couldn't make it up."

The Duchess took a veiled swipe at the Royal Family as she released her long-awaited first episode after signing a £18m deal with Spotify.

She revealed how her life changed when she joined the Firm – claiming she had "felt the negativity" of being labelled "ambitious".

Nanny WILL be joining Duke and Duchess of Cambridge after Windsor move, says expert

THE Duke and Duchess of Cambridge WILL retain the services of a nanny when they move to Adelaide Cottage in Windsor, according to royal commentator Jennie Bond.

Responding to reports they will not have a nanny looking after their children after moving to their new home, Ms Bond said she understood them to be incorrect.

Speaking to GB News, Ms Bond said: "I'm not so sure that's true. No. Their nanny has been with them since William was very, very young, and they're very attached to her.

“So I'm not sure that's true. I don't think we can believe everything we hear.”

Ms Bond also said that Prince Harry's upcoming memoir was likely to leave senior Royals fearful and that it was sad to see William and his brother remaning at loggerheads on the 25th anniversary of their ate mother's death “I think the problem with Harry writing his account of his life is that it has eroded trust, really.

“There is very little trust after the Oprah interview particularly between William and Harry and other members of the royal family. They don't know what bombshell is going to come next.

“Trust is something that's very important in royal circles. There aren't very many people they can trust. Discretion is everything.

“Both Megan and Harry have demonstrated they're no longer willing to be traditionally discreet about what goes on behind palace walls.

“They are fearful of what is going to come out and yes, it is still I think poisoning the relationship between the two brothers who were so close.

“It's so sad that with the 25th anniversary of Diana's death coming up to see her boys still loggerheads with one another.”

It’s a bit weird seeing Meghan as Rachel

Unlike many other Royals, Meghan Markle had a career before joining the Royal Family.

The 41-year-old was an actress before marrying Prince Harry and is most famed for her role as paralegal Rachel Zane on Suits.

The Mirror has released its best steamy scenes and one of them includes Meghan Markle opposite her friend, and former co-star, Patrick J Adams.

The pair had a number of scenes together prior to the scene which highlighted their romance and sexual tension, but the scene in question is when they finally get together.

Adams’s character, Mike Ross, lifts Rachel against a filing cabinet and things get steamy.

When asked by Larry King what his favourite scene was, Patrick revealed: “I feel like saying the last scene of last season where we got very intimate in a file room in the office.

“It was a sex scene, it was the culmination of a lot of pent-up emotions.”

Royal guarantees for a good night’s sleep

The royals lead active and busy lives so it’s no wonder some of them have found ways to ensure a good sleep.

Meghan Markle spoke on her blog, The Tig, about waking up early and starting her day with yoga. Waking up at 4:15 am, Meghan explained: “The morning, as we all know, is that vital time that sets the tone for our day ahead.

“There are so many benefits that come with the practice of yoga – increased flexibility and strength, greater happiness, increased mental focus, a greater ability to relax, decreased anxiety and better sleep.”

Kate Middleton‘s routine is less about the morning and more about making sure she and her family eat on time. She stays active during the day and makes sure she sleeps at 10:30pm every day to maintain a good routine.

The monarch, however, puts emphasis on alone time. Rather than dine with others, the Queen reportedly prefers to eat alone as a means to go over her day wind down.

She apparently also winds down her day with a cup of Earl Grey.

Prince Harry's tour of wildlife parks in Africa

The Duke of Sussex has been the President of Africa Parks since 2017, and brought US delegates to Mozambique with him.

He hosted the tour round the protected nature reserves in Mozambique and Rwanda.

It seems the Royal family have a strong connection to this stunning part of the world.

Earlier this year, Prince Charles and Camilla visited Rwanda's Kigali Genocide Memorial site, which was the first ever British royal visit.

Prince Harry has an affinity with Africa, he told the UN in July: "For most of my life, it has been my lifeline, a place where I found peace and healing time and time again.

"It's where I felt closest to my mother and sought solace after she died, and where I knew I had found a soulmate in my wife."

Wills & Kate's new Windsor home 'hardly the norm' for most Brits

While the move to Adelaide Cottage in Windsor has been viewed as "modest" by many as they ditch Kensington Palace, one expert disagrees.

A source told the Mirror, that the Cambridge's were looking for a "modest home".

Adelaide Cottage is regarded "modest" as it is a downsize from Kensington Palace, and has been compared to Prince Harry and Meghan's "sprawling" Montecito mansion.

Prince Harry and Meghan bought their Santa Barbra home without help from the Royal family, reportedly.

However, one Royal expert claims the new Cambridge dwelling is not as modest as it seems.

Omid Scobie said the move is "hardly the norm for the regular folk" and that taking up a "third home" costs the public money, he wrote for Yahoo!.

Pressure group Republic also called out the Cambridge's for their "luxury" lifestyle, while Brits are "struggling with their energy bills."

In a statement, the chief executive of the group, Graham Smith, said: "Adelaide Cottage is a huge house by any standards, and it's attached to another home which we can assume will be used for servants and staff.

"This fourth home is in addition to the multi-storey mansion William and Kate have in Kensington Palace, the 10 bedroom home in Sandringham and the large house they use when in Scotland."

Terrifying moment a fire broke out while Prince Harry and Meghan's son was sleeping

Meghan Markle opened up during her new just released Spotify podcast episode about the scary ordeal.

She spoke about the moment a fire broke out in the room Archie Harrison had been sleeping in when the family were in South Africa.

Archie was unscathed, but it certainly left those in his care "shaken" and "in tears".

He was only four and a half months old, Meghan said: "We dropped him off at this housing unit that we were staying at and he was getting ready to go down for his nap."

Meghan and Harry went for their public engagement event, and left him with their nanny Lauren.

As Lauren took Archie downstairs with her to get a snack, she discovered his nursery was on fire.

Luckily, neither of the two were in the nursery when the fire broke out.

The heater in the room caught fire, and shockingly, there was no detector, someone noticed the smoke in the air.

Prince William won't repeat parent's mistakes with his own children

A royal expert has spoken out about Prince William's upbringing and how he felt isolated from his father sometimes.

Dan Wootton wrote for the Mail Online, explaining how Prince William wished his father was around more after Princess Diana's death.

A royal insider told Dan Wootton, that Prince William has " forgiven his father," Prince Charles, for prioritising work at the time.

But William has "been abundantly clear to all that he won’t repeat the way he was prioritised as a child," Dan wrote.

It is the Duke of Cambridge's "mission" in life "to be the best father possible," the insider told Dan.

William and Kate quit London for Windsor

Prince William and his wife Kate announced on Monday that they will send all three of their children to the same private school after moving their main home to Windsor.

Kensington Palace said that from September third-in-line Prince George, aged nine, Princess Charlotte, seven, and four-year-old Prince Louis will attend Lambrook School, near Ascot in southern England.

The announcement came as the family are shifting their base from their London apartment at Kensington Palace to Adelaide Cottage, in the private Home Park near Windsor Castle, where Queen Elizabeth II lives most of the time.

The family also have a country estate in Norfolk in eastern England and a holiday cottage in Scotland.

A royal source said that the royals, formally known as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, wanted to "give their children the 'most normal' start possible".

"KP (Kensington Palace) can be a little bit of a fishbowl," the source added.

"They wanted to be able to give George, Charlotte and Louis a bit more freedom than they have living in central London."

Both trips are believed to be organised for his African Parks wildlife conservation project.

The prince, who backs green travel through his firm Travalyst, is due in Europe next month for engagements with wife Meghan.
