People are offended by my 'lingerie' skirt – they say it's inappropriate for the school run but I don’t care | The Sun

A MUM-OF-ONE has hit back at haters who have branded her lingerie illusion skirt "inappropriate" for the school run.

Charlie Hayes, 21, who lives in Cheriton, Folkestone, insists there's nothing wrong with her Moschino skirt, which has a pair of knickers and legs printed on the front – and doesn't understand why parents at the school gates find it "offensive."

The tattoo-covered mum says: "I'll be styling my Moschino skirt again – I can't believe how many people were genuinely offended and thought this was inappropriate.

"It's a cartoon butt!"

Holding up a white frilly Victoria-style blouse, she continues: "I'm going to start with this shirt and then I'm going to wear this black and gold corset on top.

"I'm going for some blue tights – blue is my accent colour today as you can see by my makeup.

She continues: "For the bag, I have this vintage white and gold bag which matches perfectly, and my blue headphones."

The video has since gone viral, racking up over 57, 000 views and several comments from social medias users, with many quick to defend Charlie against the other judgemental parents.

"Why do people get so offended over the silliest things?" asked one.

A second penned: "I just want you to know what the uptight mums at the gate look at you like (like I know you're the gossip at the gate) and I love it! Like keep being you!"

A third commented: "Love your vibe."

Meanwhile, a fourth praised: "Love the skirt!"

Another noted: "It makes me laugh people look at models in their underwear all the time and are offended by a skirt…you look fab!"

And a further added: "They were offended – that's funny!"
