Queen Letizia, 50, was photographed saying goodbye to her eldest daughter, Leonor, Princess of Asturias, who is joining the General Military Academy of Zaragoza for her military training.
The Princess of Asturias, 17, began her training today as a lady cadet at the General Military Academy, joining a new class of cadets, future officers of the Army, the Civil Guard and the Common Corps of the Armed Forces.
Leonor is the heir to the Spanish throne, which explains the need for her to enrol at the General Military Academy.
For today’s emotional occasion, her mother Queen Letizia looked glamorous as ever wearing a beige suit designed by the Spanish brand Adolfo Domínguez.
Queen Letizia has never before worn the ecru linen blazer, nor the ecru linen trousers. However, they are no longer in stock.

This is because they are both from the 2021 Collection, therefore, it is unclear how much they cost at the time of purchase.
Another royal well-known for wearing muted tones is Meghan Markle, 42, who wore a beige outfit for a visit to Germany in 2022.
This included a white-ribbed turtle-neck style top from Anine Bing Kylin in ivory.
Meanwhile, Meghan’s trousers were the £1,040 Brandon Maxwell Belted pleated wool-blend twill wide-leg trousers.

Letizia accessorised today with her Coreterno “Amor Che Tutto Move” 18K yellow gold ring which she has worn many times before.
The €1,075 ring would cost roughly £917 in British Sterling for fans living in the UK.
Its description says: “‘AMOR CHE TUTTO MOVE’ (Love Moves Everything), a powerful quote inspired by the closing line of Dante Alighieri’s magnum opus, ‘La Divina Commedia’ (A.D. 1320).
“This handcrafted romantic ring celebrates love as an unstoppable force, shaping the very fabric of existence, and revealing its remarkable ability to move mountains and manifest the extraordinary.
“The inside message ‘AS LONG AS I’M EXISTING, YOU WILL BE LOVED’ draws its inspiration from an ancient English ballad, originating from the Middle Ages.
“This evocative message carries the essence of everlasting love and echoes through the ages, capturing the essence of true love and dedication.”
