ROYAL fans were left divided after Meghan Markle gushed over Prince Harry at the One Young World opening ceremony in Manchester on Monday night.

The Duchess of Sussex, 41, appeared to make her husband Prince Harry blush as she told more than 200 attendees at the Bridgewater Hall that she was "thrilled" to have him by her side.


During her emotive speech, Meghan spoke about her life-changing new roles as mother and wife. 

She commented: "I was now married and I was now a mum. I’m thrilled that my husband is able to join me this time to see first hand my respect for this organisation."

It wasn't long before royal fans took to social media to discuss the moment Prince Harry appeared to blush at the mention of his name – but views were very mixed.

"Not Meghan making Harry blush," wrote one.

"It's natural for them. It also shows how much they love each other, support each other, complement each other.

Another added: "Prince Harry and Meghan look so happy!"

But while some branded Prince Harry's reaction a "look of love," others took a rather different perspective.

Taking to TikTok, one social media user posted a clip from Meghan Markle's speech and asked: "Does Harry look thrilled?

"What do you think?"

In response, one person noted: "The face on him. Not looking so happy now Harry."

A second commented: "He doesn’t look thrilled!"
