A SAVVY mum has gone viral after sharing a genius hack for hanging your clothes – and it means no more breaking your back bending up and down.

Doing laundry and putting it all to dry is a chore that like all tasks takes times and effort – and also causes a lot of back pain.

''But it ACTUALLY works! Undies and socks in the dryer, big things on the line. This saves me time and bending down!'' Leralynn continued in the caption.

Rather than chucking the big load in a basket and then having to struggle separating the arm of the top from the leg of the trousers, the clever mum had come up with a different technique.

She demonstrated the hack in the video, taking each wet garment out of the washing machine and laying it on top of one another.

Once she had created a high pile, Leralynn threw it across her shoulder and went outside in the garden to hang the laundry as normal.
