Alix Earle has revealed how important her education was to her as she went back to the University of Miami to teach budding influencers how they too can become the next social media star.

The New Jersey native – who celebrated Thanksgiving with her NFL boyfriend, 28-year-old Braxton Berrios – shared how thankful she was for her four years at the university and credited the school for her success in a new episode of her podcast, Hot Mess With Alix Earle.
Alix opened up about the ‘impact’ the school had on her, adding that she felt extremely ‘lucky’ to be giving other students the chance to follow their dreams with the Alix Earle Scholarship.

The 22-year-old social media mogul shared that she would be visiting her alma mater – this time as a guest speaker.
‘I’m going back to speak at a class – I’m able to meet the student and stay connected with them,’ she said.
‘I think a lot of life is about connections and community and I just believe in supporting one another and supporting each other’s dreams.’
Referring to her scholarship, Alix said it was a ‘dream come true’ to be able to help other students.
When Alix became a social media sensation, she was in her second semester of her senior year of college.
And despite being almost to the finish line, many attempted to persuade Alix to drop out of school since she was already successful.
However, the 22-year-old noted she never considered it because she valued her education.
Later on, Alix headed back to class and showed herself walking through the University of Miami.

Her former professor gushed over Alix’s ‘work ethic’ – with the 22-year-old chiming in to note that ‘editing, filming, and attending class’ was ‘stressful.’
When it came to advice for the budding influencers, she suggested they brainstorm their content in advance and make sure to focus on building engagement with their followers.
She explained: ‘Every time that I’m going somewhere I will make a Get Ready With Me and an outfit video, so those are two set videos I know I’m doing.’
The social media mogul explained that prior to going on a trip she would look for ‘sounds’ and think of ‘topics’ she had yet to touch on.

At the end of the clip, she said: ‘University of Miami definitely helped me to get where I am and I’m very grateful to be where I am so I wanted to be able that opportunity to other students.’
Alix’s former professor praised her for her hard work – and for doing it all while dating a NFL player – causing the social media mogul to blush.
Just yesterday, Braxton flew to Alix’s Jersey home to spend Thanksgiving with her and her family.

But, things seem to have taken a turn lately, with the couple going Instagram official last month.
Alix took to social media to share a photo of her and Braxton kissing on a boat, and captioned it, ‘Hbd NFL man.’
The TikTok sensation has since attended many of his football games and even flew out to Germany to watch him play after tossing around the football with her sports boyfriend.
They even went on a romantic getaway for Braxton’s birthday.
The pair have been dating since early this year following the Miami football player’s split from model Sophia Culpo.
Alix has previously slammed rumors of being a homewrecker and furiously denied that she ‘hooked up’ with Braxton while he was still dating Sophia.
