These models can be so heartless.

Just a few months after posing for Kim Kardashian’s Skims “Icons” campaign, Candice Swanepoel is switching sides by starring in Kardashian’s ex Kanye West’s new Yeezy ads.

Swanepoel, 33, showed off Ye’s much-Instagrammed chrome sunglasses (or SHDZ, as he calls them) as well as a new Yeezy backpack (sorry, BCK PCK — apparently West’s over vowels) in a futuristic photoshoot captured by Nick Knight.

The South African beauty is practically unrecognizable in the pics; in one image, she poses topless in the metallic shades, covering her chest with her arms and wearing her hair in a tightly slicked-back bun.

A second sees her with her back (and backpack) to the camera beneath what seems like a solar eclipse, her identity obscured by a hooded jacket and giant boots. In a third, she stares down the lens with a shaved head; photographer Knight actually Photoshopped in his own bald dome to achieve the effect.

“CNDC SWNPL 4 YZY,” the brand captioned the first of several images of Swanepoel’s sci-fi-themed shoot, which the model shared on her own page as well.

Fellow catwalker Amber Valletta dropped fire emojis in the comments, while Amelia Gray Hamlin wrote, “period.” Alexander Wang, Brian Atwood, Alton Mason and Mimi Cuttrell were among the other fashion insiders who praised the shots.

Earlier this year, Swanepoel was joined for her sultry Skims campaign by fellow former Victoria’s Secret Angels Heidi Klum, Alessandra Ambrosio and Tyra Banks — along with Kardashian herself.

Now, she’s teaming up with West by rocking his viral shades, which bear his youngest daughter’s stamp of approval.

“I put these glasses on Chicago last night and she was like ‘these are my glasses now,’ she didn’t want to take them off,” Ye told Vogue. “She was able to throw shades in the air and they fell on the ground, and I wasn’t running like ‘you’re going to break the prototype.’”

In addition to being spotted on both Kardashian and the couple’s kids, the futuristic frames have also made their way onto the faces of Lisa Rinna and daughter Amelia Hamlin.

And Swanepoel’s not the only star to switch her allegiance and pose for West: Kylie Jenner’s former best friend Jordyn Woods also posted photos in the rapper’s latest Yeezy looks.
