Archduke Ferdinand von Habsburg, 26, is the heir apparent to the House of Habsburg – the great dynasty that once dominated central Europe.
Ferdinand is the son of Karl von Habsburg and Francesca von Habsburg.
His paternal grandparents were Otto von Habsburg, the last crown prince of Austria-Hungary, and Princess Regina of Saxe-Meiningen.
He is informally styled as His Imperial and Royal Highness and titled as an Archduke of Austria and Royal Prince of Hungary and Bohemia.
It should be said, though, that Austria is a republic – with all royal titles having been legally abolished in 1918.
At just 26 years old, he is an accomplished motor racing driver who is currently competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship and European Le Mans Series.
His brother-in-law is also a racing driver. Jerome d’Ambrosio married Ferdinand’s sister Eleonore in the middle of lockdown in Austria in 2020.
The Archduke regularly posts pictures of his fast-lane lifestyle on Instagram along with holiday photos of camping in the mountains and surfing.

The House of Fürstenberg is an old and influential noble family from part of the Holy Roman Empire known as Swabia, pat of today’s Baden-Wurttemberg in south west Germany.
Talia’s mother is the sister of Marie-Chantal, Crown Princess of Greece.
Talita grew up in Los Angeles before moving to the East Coast in 2017 to attend Georgetown University with her cousin, fellow royal Prince Alexios of Greece.
But she later transferred to New York University to study fashion business and marketing.
Talita remains particularly close to her royal cousin Princess Olympia of Greece with the pair frequently jetting off together.

Between lavish getaways and social events, Talita has sbeen finding time to make a name for herself in the fashion world.
Grandmother Diane, now 76, previously called Talita her ‘muse’ and the rising style star is now following in the designer’s footsteps.
Having inherited her grandmother’s passion for design, she is being groomed to take over the Diane von Furstenberg business in due course.
Talita has recently unveiled her own clothing ranges, explaining she doesn’t discuss her design ideas with her famous grandmother, Diane.
‘We try to be separate when I’m designing, just because I obviously value her opinion so much, but she designs for an older client and has a different taste to me, and I would hate for her opinion to alter the shape of the collection because ultimately the collection is supposed to reflect my more youthful taste,’ she has previously told FEMAIL.
Talita has since been named co-chairwoman of the fashion brand as part of the company’s restructuring over the past few years, while Gabby Hirata was brought on as DVF’s new president and CEO.

Padmanabh ‘Pacho’ Singh, 25, who is worth an estimated £500-£650 million, was crowned as the unofficial Maharajah of Jaipur in 2011, and is a member of the former ruling family of Jaipur State, in present-day Rajasthan, India.
Although his title is not officially recogised by law because India is a federal parliamentary democratic republic, the title is still highly respected.
It was bestowed when his grandfather died, skipping his mother due to her gender, and his father – a former household staff member – because he had no royal blood.
He also has royal links overseas in the UK – his godfather, King Charles, who he sees around once a year. His grandfather befriended Charles after his first visit to India in 1975, sharing a passion for polo, and the royal families remain friends to this day.
Like his grandfather, Bhawani Sing, Padmanabh, is an accomplished polo player and the youngest ever member of a World Cup polo team in 2017 and the youngest winner of the Indian Open Polo Cup.
