Results Day is one of the occasions most teenagers dread.
That's because picking up GCSE, A-Level or equivalent level results can be extremely daunting for students.
Now Nando's is trying to ease nerves with a mouth-watering free offer for millions of teenagers across the UK.

Students will be able to claim a free starter or quarter chicken when showing their results slips in-restaurant.
And for the first time, Nando's is bringing Results Day to supermarkets with a limited-edition "Hot Marks" PERi-PERi sauce.
The chicken giant is keeping with its long-held tradition with the delicious offer.
Whether students brought the heat with great results or instead went up in flames, anyone can claim free food to mark the occasion.
The promotion will be available across the UK and ROI on the following dates:
A-Level results – England, Wales and Northern Ireland – August 17
GCSE – England, Wales and Northern Ireland – August 24
Leaving Cert – Republic of Ireland – August 25
Junior Cert – Republic of Ireland – date to be announced
N-5 & Highers results – have already enjoyed the offer!
This year's Results Day celebrations also see the launch of a limited-edition "Hot Marks" PERi-PERi sauce bottle.

It's available exclusively in supermarkets and it makes as the perfect spicy gift for Nando's fans.
Nando's Results Day promotion is available to claim-in restaurant, for eat-in and walk-in collect only, on minimum orders of £7.
The "Hot Marks" PERi-PERi sauce is available in Tesco, Asda, Co-Op, Sainsbury's, Morrisons and Iceland.

It comes as Nando's announced a new menu back in June, which fans claimed was the "best day ever".
The popular chicken chain had teased the dish on Instagram – and it's safe to say customers were elated.
