Hulk Hogan spotted walking after false claims he was paralyzed from back surgery

Hulk Hogan was photographed using a walking stick after shutting down reports that he was paralyzed after undergoing back surgery.

The WWE legend, 69, held the stick in his right hand as he left the DMV in Clearwater, Fla. on Friday.

He used the stick to help him walk from the DMV to his car. However, at one point, he stopped briefly to wave to a fan and transferred it to his left hand — barely keeping a grip on it.

Hulk’s son, Nick Hogan, joined his dad for the errand as he was seen carrying a license plate, as well as other DMV paperwork.

The father-son duo showed some love to each other as they hugged before driving away together in a truck.

Hogan – whose real name is Terry Gene Bollea – kept his errand attire casual in a black graphic T-shirt, dark blue jeans, black sneakers, black sunglasses and, of course, his signature bandana.

The outing marks the first time Hogan has been photographed since his rep clarified to Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday that “everything is OK with him” following his surgery.

The clarification came shortly after fellow WWE pro Kurt Angle claimed that Hogan couldn’t feel below his waist.

“Hogan had his back surgery again,” he said on Sunday’s episode of his podcast, “The Kurt Angle Show.” “He had the nerves cut from his lower body. He can’t feel his lower body. So let’s use his cane to walk around. I thought he was using the cane because he had pain in his back. He doesn’t have any pain. He has nothing at all. He can’t feel anything.”

Angle, 54, went on to claim that Hogan’s health was “pretty serious,” since he “can’t feel his legs” and “has to walk with a cane.”

“I really feel for Hogan. He put his heart and soul into the business and ate him up,” Angle continued.
