It is not uncommon for some women to opt to go under the knife to enhance their breasts for more confidence.
However, Gracie Brooke, 19, was over the moon when she did the opposite.
The brunette, from Australia, decided to get a breast reduction after wanting smaller boobs than her natural GG baps.

Since recovering from the invasive procedure, Gracie revealed the operation was the "best decision ever" and is now a proud owner of D cups.
In a viral TikTok clip, the beauty showcased her transformation by wearing the same clothing from before and after the surgery.
"Clothes before and after my breast reduction", she wrote on the screen as she first wore a black square neck crop top when she had GG boobs.
Gracie's cleavage was mostly on show with her hooters peeking out of the top and sides of the garment.
Fast forward to after the reduction, and a much happier looking Gracie presented her bust in the same top. Her now D cup knockers appeared to fit much better in the attire as they did not peep through the sides.
She then wore a white short sleeve crop top and a nude coloured racer neck to highlight the difference between the before and after.
Grace could not stop grinning in the after clips and certainly struggled to hide her excitement in a low cut and long sleeve top.
Before the procedure, Gracie's boobs just about squeezed into the risqué green apparel. But after, her D cup breasts rested with less risk while they appeared more pert.
"GG to a D", she wrote in the caption.
"Best decision ever."
Amazed by Gracie's transformation, many people fled to the comments to shower her with compliments.
One person remarked: "The look on your face when the after surgery vids come up says it all."
Another user swooned: "Girllll you look so good."
While a third cheered: "Yay."
Someone else praised: "Looks incredible."
