A WOMAN has revealed she is now making £144,000 a year from her side hustle which she started without getting a degree.
The entrepreneur says she knew university wasn’t for her mainly because she felt a degree was a waste of time and a lot of money.
However this didn’t mean that Theresa was afraid of hard work, the entrepreneur decided she wanted to become an esthetician.
Theresa had to complete 350 hours of course study and two exams to earn her qualification.
It took her 10 weeks to complete the classes while she worked at a pizza shop on the weekends.
Theresa reckons she spent over £5,500 on her qualification, before starting her business Theresa made sure she had experience in waxing, spa treatments and even spent time working in a medical clinic.

It wasn’t until the pandemic hit that Theresa decided to launch her six figure business.
The beauty pro started off by renting out a room in a hair salon till she could put together the funds to open up a shop.
She said: “I wanted to start working with clients right away, so I decided I was just going to hustle and do whatever I needed to do to open shop.”
Theresa has loyal customers who followed her to her new shop and she boosted her Instagram following by sharing detailed video of the treatments she offered.

Meanwhile Theresa's salon offers a wide range of treatments from chemical peels to hydrafacials.

Within the first 12 months of launching her business Theresa made over £92,000.
With that money she expanded her studio and hired employees.
Because of her flowing funds, the business woman was able to go on maternity leave a year later.
Theresa says one of the best parts of her business is she gets to choose her own hours.
Some days she works for just three hours.
She said: “I typically work 15-20 hours a week, but sometimes, I only work three hours a day,”
