Jake Quickenden and wife Sophie Church have been basking in newlywed bliss on a sun-drenched tropical honeymoon.
OK! s Dancing On Ice columnist Jake and Sophie have made an escape to the Maldives five months after they tied the knot in a stunning Ibiza ceremony.
The pair are staying at the lavish Ayada resort, where rooms start at £600 per night.
Jake, 34, took to Instagram to share pictures of his breath-taking surroundings as he had a swim with some friendly local wildlife.
"Most surreal feeling sharing the beach with a baby reef shark," Jake wrote, alongside a picture of him standing in shallow blue waters in his swimming trunks.
He went on to gush about his gorgeous wife, saying: "Best honeymoon ever, missing the kids but important to have some us time and honestly made me realise why I love @sophie__church so much, sometimes at home it’s easy to get caught up in work and the hustle and bustle of life.
"All I hope for now in life is to be happy, that’s the meaning of life to me!! Happiness."
Sophie, 29, shared a video of her swimming in a private pool, before stepping out of the water and showcasing her amazing figure in a tiny black bikini.
Alongside the video, she wrote: "Yesterday is gone, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a blessing."
The couple also shared a video featuring some underwater footage of a snorkelling trip, where they swam with small sharks.
"We survived day 2 of our honeymoon," they said.
Sophie stunned in a white satin gown in pictures she shared from a dinner date at the resort.
"It really is paradise," she wrote.
Jake and Sophie share son Leo, who was born in April last year, and he's also a proud step-dad to Sophie's son Freddie, from a previous relationship.
X Factor star Jake previously revealed plans to "make another baby" on the romantic trip.
Speaking about married life, Jake told The Mirror: "Honestly, we are best mates anyway it's not changed anything. We've kind of finished the wedding and gone straight back into work and stuff like that so we haven't really had time to enjoy it yet.
"When we go on our honeymoon… that's when we've got a bit of time to process it all and enjoy it and maybe make another baby.
"There's definitely going to be more on the table, definitely."
