Inside Jennifer Lopezs stunning Bel-Air mansion as she lists home for $42.5million

Jennifer Lopez's sprawling Bel-Air mansion has been put on the market for an eye-watering $42.5 million (£35.4m) as she continues to search for a new home with husband Ben Affleck.

J-Lo, 53, married Batman star Ben, 50, in a low-key Las Vegas ceremony in 2022, with the pair then throwing an incredible second ceremony in Georgia to celebrate with their loved ones.

The couple, who first dated in the early 2000s, were set to renovate Jennifer's LA mansion and make it into their dream family home, but it appears their plans have changed with the property now being put up for sale.

Jennifer and Ben are said to have been searching for a new home together for over a year and have viewed numerous properties, but are yet to find the one to invest in. The couple are reportedly residing in a rental home while they continue to look for the perfect abode.

J-Lo's Bel-Air mansion, which was first purchased by Jennifer in 2016 for $28 million (£23.4m), is listed by Brett Lawyer of Carolwood Estates for $42.5m, and the home boasts some incredible features.

The estate spans almost eight acres, with the main home being over 12,000 square feet. The nine-bedroom and 13-bathroom property features a 30-seat home cinema, private gym, an infinity pool and a 100-seat amphitheater.

In pictures shared on the estate agents' website, the home looks to feature at least two different lounge areas, both featuring neutral colour schemes with white furniture and exposed brick walls.

Sleek laminate flooring is fitted in each room, with light grey rugs laid out across the floor. Huge pieces of artwork hand across the walls and gold light fittings can be seen hanging from the ceilings.

The kitchen features identical decor, with white cupboards and a large island in the centre of the space. One of the lounge areas leads into a dining room, where an long black table with eight seats surrounding it can be seen.

Upstairs, there's nine different bedrooms all featuring different themes and decor. Some match the downstairs lounge areas with white furniture and exposed wooden beams, while others have dark grey carpet with monochrome furnishings.

J-Lo's private gym is filled with state of the art equipment and the room features a huge mirror wall with a set of glass doors leading into the garden. There's also a purple-themed cinema room which makes for the perfect spot for a quiet night in.

After heading outside via a set of glass doors, there's a cosy seating area complete with a fire and a staging area which is set up ready for live entertainment.

Jennifer and Ben famously called off their first engagement in 2004 after dating for two years, and in 2021 they shocked fans when they announced they had reunited.

The couple later announced they'd got engaged for a second time and it wasn't long until they exchanged vows in Vegas.
